Rebecca is an exceptional, highly creative teacher who has made a profound impact on our Year 5 children. Over a 12-week programme titled “Meet the Bard,” she masterfully guided the students through the complex worlds of Shakespeare, culminating in an absolutely amazing showcase for parents and families.
The children confidently performed extracts from A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Julius Caesar, and Macbeth. What made this performance truly spectacular was Rebecca’s unique ability to blend drama with powerful, intense music, beautifully choreographed songs, and wonderful costumes that brought the stories to life. Under her direction, the students didn’t just recite lines—they understood the gravity, emotion, and rhythm of the text.
Rebecca’s passion and innovative approach created a safe yet challenging environment where every child could shine. Her ability to inspire confidence in nine- and ten-year-olds to tackle such demanding material is a testament to her brilliant teaching style. We cannot recommend her highly enough and are incredibly grateful for the unforgettable experience she provided for our school community.
